Ask for one concrete student-view example

Try this neutral request: 'Can you show the exercise where a learner checks a rate confirmation, identifies missing information and receives feedback?' A demonstration can reveal more than a module count because it shows what the student must actually do.

In a fictional example, the load posting shows one pickup window while the rate confirmation shows another. A useful practice response identifies the inconsistency and asks for written clarification before treating the booking as confirmed. Do not assume one document overrides another without checking the actual agreement.

Record whether you saw the task, what feedback was visible and which questions remain. Do not infer that a competitor lacks an exercise merely because a public page did not show it.
