EK Coach — your AI dispatch coach
EK Coach is an AI coach for truck dispatcher students, included with EK Dispatch Academy (from C$199 for 30 days). It answers questions about the 36-module dispatch curriculum, reads uploaded screenshots and PDFs, explains concepts with teaching diagrams, can view a picture of the course page a student chooses to share, and lets students send support requests to the EK team. It is AI, not a human; real people on the EK team handle support requests.
- Answers lesson and dispatch questions anytime, linked to the source lesson
- Reads uploaded screenshots and PDFs to find the real problem
- Teaching diagrams with zoom and download; up to 3 generated illustrations per day
- Share this page: preview first, typed fields blanked, nothing sent until you tap Send
- Support requests to the EK team from the chat
- Blocked during the final assessment and oral exam
- Daily limits: 60 messages, 10 uploads, 3 illustrations per student
