How does the scoring work?
After each session the Problem Desk and scorecards review your decisions, and the AI Coach debrief gives you specific coaching notes on rate negotiation, professionalism, accuracy and risk handling.
How is the certificate awarded?
Through the three-part Final Assessment: a Knowledge Final (80% minimum, 30% of your score), a Practical Dispatch Assessment (75% minimum, 45%) and an AI Communication Assessment of three graded calls (75% average with 60% minimum on each call, 25%). Your overall certification score must be 80% and every section must pass. Fail one section and you retake only that section.
