How the dispatch classes are structured
The classes run in three phases. Phase one is foundations — how freight money moves, carrier authority and setup, and the paperwork that governs every load. Phase two is operations — load boards, rate math, negotiation, rate confirmations and daily dispatch flow.
Phase three is the hard freight: detention and TONU, late shippers, refused deliveries, cross-border ACE/ACI documentation, and cash flow with factoring. Most schools stop before phase three, which is exactly where beginners lose money in their first month.
